Disclaimer
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Digital Content vs. Services ¶
We sell two different things, and they carry different disclaimers. Treating them alike is how a disclaimer ends up saying something untrue about half of what it covers.
Digital content is educational and informational. Our courses, programs, templates, and written materials teach general methods. They are not tailored to your circumstances, and they are not a substitute for a professional you have retained.
Services are scoped implementation and advisory work. An installation, audit, or advisory engagement is real work performed for you under an Order Form — reviewing your systems, building and configuring what the Order Form describes, and advising you on it. It is not "educational content", and describing it that way would misdescribe what you are buying. What it is not is regulated professional advice — see section 2.
2. No Professional Advice ¶
Neither our digital content nor our Services constitute legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, engineering, or any other regulated professional advice, and neither substitutes for a licensed professional in those fields. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed in any of them.
This is a limit on subject matter, not a disclaimer of the work itself: within an engagement's scope we perform it with reasonable skill and care, and we do not disclaim that standard. Decisions you take in your business remain yours, and where a matter needs a regulated professional you should retain one.
3. Results Not Guaranteed ¶
Individual testimonials, case studies, and success stories represent personal experiences. Results vary, and there is no guarantee of achieving similar outcomes.
This holds for Services as much as for digital content. We make no performance, outcome, savings, revenue, or satisfaction guarantee for anything we sell. What we commit to in an engagement is the stated service, its measurement, and its deliverables — described in your Order Form.
4. Affiliate Disclosure ¶
Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you purchase through them. We only recommend resources we believe are valuable.
5. Liability & Which Document Governs ¶
Liability is limited, not excluded. The limits that actually apply are in Terms & Conditions section 12: no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and a maximum aggregate liability capped at what you paid for the Product or Service the claim arises from. Those limits do not apply where the law forbids them — including fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and any consumer right that cannot be excluded by agreement. This page does not disclaim "any damages" and is not intended to broaden those limits.
Order of precedence. This Disclaimer is the most general of our documents. Where it conflicts with a more specific one, the more specific one governs:
- an accepted Order Form, for the engagement it names;
- our Terms & Conditions;
- our Privacy Policy, for data matters;
- this Disclaimer.
So if this page and the Terms appear to say different things about guarantees, liability, or what a Service is, the Terms are the operative text — and if an Order Form covers the point, it is.
6. External Links ¶
We do not control or endorse content on third-party websites linked from our site. Please review their policies before engaging.
