Consulting & Advisory

Advisory for organizations shipping with AI.

CurioChat is primarily an academy. Alongside it, founder Pierre Boutquin advises a small number of organizations on AI delivery governance — making agentic development measurable, auditable, and dependable enough to stake a reputation on.

Engagements start with a conversation, not a cart. There is no checkout on this page — and no proposal is ever priced live in a meeting.

The Three Engagement Shapes

Where most engagements start

AI Advisory Retainer

from $2,500/mo

Standing access to a systems engineer who ran delivery under bank-grade constraints. Two tiers: Light (two working sessions a month plus bounded async questions, up to 4 hours total) at $2,500/mo, and Standard (four sessions plus async and one to two written artifact reviews, up to 8 hours total) at $5,000/mo.

Three-month initial term, month-to-month after. The hour bounds are stated in the agreement — you always know what you’re buying.

Team Workshops

from $4,000

One team, one topic, half-day ($4,000, remote) or full-day ($7,500, remote or on-site with travel billed at cost). Topics where the material already runs deep: gate integrity, agentic reliability, and compounding knowledge systems.

The material is derived from Agentic Coding Mastery — a shipped curriculum, not slideware written the week before.

Team Agent Audit

$12,500

A 30-day measured engagement with one delivery team: instrument the workflow, baseline four research-validated KRIs, deliver a blueprint and an executive readout, then measure the Day-30 delta. Numbers on the table, not impressions.

Runs on the same measurement methodology as the solo Agent Audit, adapted to team scale: silent collection while the team works normally, a privacy layer that keeps code and conversations on your machines, and a report your CFO can read. Capacity: one team audit per month.

Not ready for any of these? The async architecture review is $250/hr (two-hour minimum, available from September 1, 2026): send artifacts, get a written review and async Q&A — the low-friction way to sample the thinking.

Why This Advice Is Worth Buying

36 years building bank systems that weren’t allowed to be wrong — market-risk engines, derivatives pricing, and regulatory reporting at two of North America’s largest banks. That is the delivery standard the advisory applies to AI work.

The methods are inspectable, not proprietary hand-waving.

Read them before the first call; the advice will sound exactly like them.

Capacity is real and stated plainly: at most two concurrent retainers and one team audit at a time. If the calendar is full, you’ll be told so — and offered the next opening.

Start with a conversation. A sentence or two about your team and what you’re trying to make dependable is enough — you’ll get a reply from Pierre, not a funnel.

Frameworks, course material, and tooling remain CurioChat IP; advisory grants use, never ownership.
